Refund Request Window

To be eligible for a refund:

• The purchase must fall within the refund request window.
• The request must come from the account used to place the order.
• Add-on credits that have already been used or materially consumed are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

• Your account email address
• The order or payment reference, if available
• The reason for the refund request

Review and Processing

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

The refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the original payment amount.
